2002 Mach 6 disc is broke.. need help installing aftermarket

My 6 disc just outted on me.... and I have an aftermarket CD player here at the house I would like to install.

Ive called Discount Auto Sound and they said that its 15 bucks for the harness and it wont bypass the amps, it will integrate them.

I have no idea on the product number... But before I drive all the way there I want to know what I need. I cant afford to buy new speakers, so I want to know what the BEST thing would be to keep the good sound, and what harness should be used to keep it right without having the problems I hear about with speakers not working

soooooo i tried buying the harness... hooked up the Jensen... and it made everything sound blown. the door speakers werent playing, but the tweeters we trying to emit bass, and the back speakers must not have been going through right,they sounded blown

So i got mad, punched the 6 disc, put it back in so at least the radio sounded good an WAAAALAAAA it works like a charm

all you needed to do was to hook up the remote turn on from the jensen to the amp turn on in the hrns. We have 4 people a week on here with that problem..........

I dunno where the Amp Turnon is.... so I have NO IDEA what to do

and would that fix the door speaker problem too?

Someone tell me a more specified way to do it and ill try again

the amp turn on from what i saw in another post is the blue wire on your factory harness. you will have to connect that blue wire to the 'amp turn on' wire of your new deck.

shops just rob you out of money. i got a quote on the last system for my car and they wanted almost 700$ to put in speakers, amps, and subs. i did it myself in a weekend.

I feel the same way. I have exactly the same problem. Bass comes out of the tweeters and the botttom speakers have no sound. The rear speakers sound like s**t too. I just bough the original deck from ebay and get it over with. BTW, my unit was installed by a professional radio shop (garbage)
