Bought a 97 mustang today an thought I was getting a pretty good deal especially on the milage.I pressed the little button on the odometer to reset it,so I could see how many miles I was getting to a fill up.An guess what it doesnt move.An according to the actuall odometer I have only drove 3 miles an I know for a fact that I have drove more than 3 miles this evening in it!All guages ate working,No warning lights.or anything?Could my speedomente be messed up?Mauall 5 speed trannie. Is it run by a cable or the pcm? Thanks in advance for any help.Eric

Default RE: Strange problem?

Could be anything. Odometer could of even been removed to have the millage rolled back, and that has been known to screw up things. I'd have it checked ASAP.
