Default Break in:Gears and T-lok?

Just got the car back from the mechanic. He told me the break in period was 2 weeks and he would clean out the shavings in my rear end that occur with the gears after 2 weeks too. I was reading on the site that 3 to 4 heat cycles(10-15min normal driving then let the car cool off for 30min)would do it. Not sure what to do. Gears and T-Lokseem to have made the car a lot more peppy just from normal driving for 10min I could tell. It's so hard not to push it and see what they can do. Also, should I just turn off TCS now with my tuner b/c I havepower to both rear wheels now?
Thanx ahead of time for the help!
PS-Will update u on my 4.10's, T-Lok, and Rear Control Arms after everything is broken in

I would disable the traction control permanently if possible. I hated having it because it will reduce fuel flow/timing if you start to lose grip. That makes things really unsafe in a high-speed situation/accident , IMO.

So I'll be fine after 3 heat cycles, just wanted to make sure. And I should probably turn off the tcs with the tuner now than right?

dont turn off the TCS with the tuner, it is really simple to turn off by hand...it is just a button. it is a pain in that ass to go back and change it with the tuner every time if you feel like you are in a bad situation. lol...you paid money for TCS. if you are trying to go fast, take it off, if not...it doesnt hurt anybody

Or you could drive safely in the rain and you will live.
