Default system in vert

I have an '04 vert Gt if that means anything and was wondering what I could fit into my trunk system wise. The catch is I need to be able to fit my golf clubs in the trunk also. Is this possible?

amp mounted ON the back of the rear seat from trunk. than get 2 10" subs and squeeze them as close to the seat from the trunk as possible. should have enough room for clubs and a duffel bag. thats what my brother did.

or you could pay more and get the subs mounted facing the taillights from the back of the rearseat (1 sub per seat) and mount the amp on the side next to the seat in trunk. that would leave more room, but be careful putting seat down cuz the wires may be snug. also when doing it this way, you might need to stiffen the rear seat with plywood or fiberglass and seal it airtight for sound quality. also sitting in the rear seat might hurt your back.

I have an '04 vert and had a simular problem. I replaced the entire system and added a sub in the trunk. The custom fit sub unit from JL is nice but it will set you back about $400....too much for me. I went to the local pawn shop and found a 10" sub box (Q-Logic) for a truck and modified it to fit. I mounted the amps to the side of the box and still have enough room for a small travel bag. It sounds great...just enough bass with the top down.....

You can look into what md did with his system. Remove the spare tire and sink the subs into the well and seal it. If you put a stiff metal cage over the tops of the subs, all you have is a loss of a few inches, and you can put anything on it.
