Mine does the same thing. The trac loc is problably worn out and needs to be rebuilt. If you plan to do gears in the future, go ahead and get a posi trac unit and do the whole thing while you are in there. Welcome to the board.

Welcome and congrats on the new ride Ricardo. Post some pics when you can. I agree with Twotone. You need to rebuild your TL system. What kind of condition was the car in when you bought it?

When i got it, which was this saturday, it was in pretty good condition and still is. It has a front GT clip but was originally an LX. Im not to good of a mechanic so can u guys explain to me how to do that or replace the TL thanx. Also i was having an argument with my friend Turbo or Supercharger. It will be an everyday driver but also used for street racing what do u guys think pictures will be up soon

I've never changed a TL or gears on these cars but I think taking it to a Mechanic might be best for that procedure. As far as the turbo or supercharger, do some research on it. There are two very different schools of thought on that argument so to avoid it, do some research and decide which you want.

And, Welcome to the forums!
