Baseline Dyno Numbers on 04 SC Saleen #231- Revised

Ok, I have been pestering everyone for the last few months about mods and prices and best of etc, etc for the mods I am doing to my 04

Well I got the baseline dyno numbers today. I don't have the sheet as I was working today but they were given to me over the phone.I threw 307 HP (5350 rpms)to the wheels and 341lbs of torque at 3700 rpms. Stock.
Tommorrow the JLT CAI goes on, the Accufab 75 mm TB, SVT Focus Fuelpump goes on, 3:73 gears are going in, the chicane 66 mm pulley goes onand he will get the SCT Tuner Wednesday and we will tune and then Dyno.
I was pretty happy with those stock numbers as they translate to close to what Saleen advertises with driveline loss of say 20% or so of 375hp/415tq to the crank.

So I will let you all know what happens on Wednesday.

Those are pretty good numbers. I would to race a stock S/C to see the results...Keep us in the loop

Hey Gadway, I am trying to work that out. I am headed to the Pats game Friday night and don't expect to be home until pretty late so if I don't make it Saturday I am going to shoot for the Sunday show. Providing I can get the car cleaned up in time.

Hey 06 3Valve. I am ok with the numbers because the Stock GT of 2004 was 260 Horse so probably 190 to the crank and I am a 110 hp or so over that with the charger and whatever else Saleen does to the car, it woudl probably be a pretty close race with a stock 05-07 3 valve non SC as you guys are at 325 to the crank or rear wheels?

I am 330 to the crank stock...but I am at 301rwhp now with some mods...So I guestimate that I am pushing around 360 to the crank...so pretty close to your stock numbers

Looks like good numbers. Sounds like you had a good tune from Saleen out of the box.

It did seem a little higher then I expected based off of what some people had posted. I was thinking if I was near 300/300 I would be ok with that and I was. I am looking for 340-350 to the wheels in hp and say 380-390 in tq?

Does that seem do able?

I have read where the gears are going to help a lot and so I am looking forward to that change as far as getting into things sooner. Either way the car will be better I believe.

Strong work 04! You're going to love the smaller supercharger pulley combined with the 3.73's. You'll not onlymake more boost with the pulley, but also seemingly instant boost and power versus the stock set-up, coupled with the gears getting your RPMs up quicker.
