If I remember right,my parents would take us to the river in Newburgh to watch the boat races,or maybe that was Evansville, too long ago to remember. Quarters are off and everything treated with POR 15. Drivers quarter is finished (for now) and the outer wheel house and trunk outer are welded in. Brent (in reply to BB427) Post #: 13

RE: '66 Pro Touring Convertible Update - 8/22/2007 7:32:19 AM    BB427   Posts: 69 Joined: 6/6/2006 Status: offline The new wheel houses are widened and tacked in place. Everything fit very tight. The lip on top of the wheel houses and the spare tire notch remain so it should finish out nice and look stock. The rear valance will be welded in and smoothed to the quarter panels so everything behind was treated with POR15 first. Next is the fuel cell and finish the trunk floor.
