98 cobra svt tire upgrade - 8/9/2007 4:39:47 PM    StylinM6s   Posts: 165 Joined: 7/26/2007 Status: online So in the mean time while I'm selling my mazda6. The 98 cobra svt coupe I'll be getting needs new tires. I've been looking at tirerack and the best tire I see looks like Bridgestone Potenza RE750, the wheels are just going go with the new tires which are stock size 245/45-17. The RE050A pole position is cheaper and has more dark green on the ratings. It looks to me that the RE050A pole postion would be the best bet for me right? (in reply to colin@tirerack) Post #: 3

Since it's a little wider which is what I want for more grip. Or 275/40-17, I'm such as noob at shopping for tires. All I would like is a little wider for more grip. Any help here please?
