I have GOT to have another MUSTANG, I am going nuts with out mine... The insurance company has put me in to a little honda accord for the rental car,, it sucks.....!!!!!!!! I can't seem to find much near me for mustangs, and dont want to travel too far........ Let me know any ideas ya all might have.... thanks a bunch............

I would stay away from salvage titles unless you are very mechanically inclined. Sometimes they work out fine, and other times they are a nightmare. Best of luck healing up from your accident , and keep searching you will find another stang.
I had a salvage car once, ran perfecly fine and was a GREAT car. But if you plan on selling a salvaged title car, like I did, it's going to be hard to sell! It was for me anyways... took a lot of time.
Salvage titles are a hit or miss. Technically if the car gets in a fender bender and the airbags go off, it's supposed to get a salvage or rebuild title, and those are no biggy. But it could have been wrecked bad, and then it is a biggy.
I'd look around for new edge GT's and possibly even a 96-98 Cobra. Or a 99/01 if you can afford it. Nothing's hotter than a chick in a Cobra, IMO.

I have never heard of a non-brand name car....would that be like a Fred's Fun Wagon?
I wont be going after the one with the salvage title, I found a 99 GT that I am thinking of going after.. NOT sure yet...... The insurance company was good to me,,, so I have some extra to spend,,,,, :o)

If its got frame damage forget about it. But to be honest i wouldnt even look at a salvage. Anyway 6500 for an 01 gt seems alot considering its a salvage title. Bet it has low miles too huh. Thats a typical salvage 4 ya.
take the car to a shop and have them give it the once over and get them to tell you whats up with the car. around here its free, unless you have them put it on a lift
