Default Performance Chips

Alright, I have been looking into getting a chip and I need help. I was thinking about going with the X-CAL II for my Bullitt, but then I noticed something. They have this thing for the SCT 4-bank chip, which is by the way $100 cheaper than the X-CAL II, where you mount it where your cigarette lighter should be and that is how you change tunes. Has anyone heard good or bad things about the 4bank chip?

+1 get something you can get reprogrammed if you need to. Haven't heard of what your talking about, but, on my SCT XCAL II I can get it reprogrammed if I add more mods to my car.
