a lot of you guys sound like real racist i guess only black people want 20 inch wheels and loud music, so it seems to me that if you got  big wheels loud music your black or you wanna be black. so i guess i better not put 17 inch cobra r wheels and a e303 cam and flowmasters on my 88 gt cause that means i wanna be white. so i guess i can't just like what i like my bad...... f*#& all the racist MF on this Thread

I think 17 inch chrome cobras look the best. It most likely will work but most Mustang  people will not like it. You should google it and see what you come up with. Again my vote is to lower the car and throw the 17 inch cobras on there and it will look perfect. If you do any bigger it might look weird because it is a small car. Even the civics and such of the world only throw on like fake autozone 17-18's. To each his own I guess. Oh and whats sucka sauce?

i know im just playin with ya. keep in mind that the mustang has been around since 1964 so rims weren't that big of a deal and people that own them or are into them are either old and don't like that or just straight up have followed a type of tradition I guess. Thats why I guess some of the responses are opinions instead of answering the question and are just stupid things to say.

I almost like it. Personally I'd do 18" chrome R's, but to each his own.

Don't do it! 18's are as high as you should go on ANY mustang.

I think mine looks good with 20s:

I dont like that pic of the coupe with 20s but I have seen a few gt foxes that I liked with 20s but I think it takes some massageing to get them on there.
