hmm, seems a bit early but I'll be happy if they do. I just hope they don't butcher it like dodge did the new charger

word from a reliable source says the 07 cobra will have a supercharged forged 3v 5.4L engine making close to 500 hp stock but will be rated at 465. The cobra test mules have all had to cut off parts of the GT hood to fit the engine so expect a cowl hood. Beyond that it's all going to be found out in march I guess. Oh, and the backup plan if they can't get the 5.4L to work is to use a re-vamped 4v 4.6L similar to the 03/04 cobras.

I'd give ANYTHING to have a brand new cobra... although I'm not a huge fan of the new body, it might impress me when I see the snake. Here's something on the 07 that I found at svtperformance- it's probably not a real pic, but it's fun to look at anyways.

I also saw this pic on there... some girl saw it and took a pic, but I'm skeptical because the emblem on the side says GT. If you look closely, you can see that.

that second pic is a cobra test mule with a supercharged 5.4L engine (hence the hood cutouts) The body is a stock GT body so don't draw any conclusions from that

ive read that its not going to be an svt product but a shelby cobra mustang. there going to drop the ford gt motor into the mustang. qanyone else hear this
