will 255-50-16 tires fit without rubbing on a 89 LX 5.0

I'm running 245-50-16 tires right now and have room for more(on my 91 GT). I think those should fit fine. Must be looking at the BFG Drag radial eh? I just got some Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro 28-10.5-15's. Haven't mounted them yet but I believe they'll squeeze in just fine.

I've got an 87' LX 5.0 and I'm running 255-50-16 tires in the back, but when i had them in the front, they rubbed the inside of the fender wall every time i turned left or right (that was kinda annoying) so now i run 245-50-16's in the front. They're the BFG StreetDrag Radials
