No repairing the holes wasn't needed. The base coat of bondo is much thicker and stronger and can just be used to fill the small holes. I'm working on getting all the photos I took up in one place by the end of today.
And about taking the car to Mexico. There are many strange laws about importing cars into Mexico. I haven't looked too much into it but I found a thread or 2 from other forums going into it. There are restrictions based on what year the car is, how many you can import, ect..... It's confusing but really I believe the person who told me they were trying to get my car into Mexico was guessing. There is no real way to tell what my car went through in it's short time here on earth. And I'm not really sure I want to know.
Thanks for all the nice comments. Quck question- I'll be taking more pictures this weekend when we continue working on it. Should I start a new thread for the new ones or continue here?
wow this thread is really cool, like the person who said they feel like they are watching a cartoon i feel the same way i feel like its a tv show that keeps on saying to be continued so im gonna use my dvr and hit record..lol

I'm confused! What's the difference between "subscribing" and just replying by clicking on the "reply" button? I didn't know you had to subcribe to reply to the thread. Help!
