If you have the button for traction control, you have traction control. Press it and when it's lit up you have it off. Then stop the car, turn the wheel all the way to the left or right. If you have a manual, hold the clutch and rev to about 3500or 4k (maybe more), and let off. If it's an auto, powerbrake it. This should take you right into a spin.
