i had an hpipe installed and ive developed a nice little rattle... dont know what it is and its bugging the **** out of me... it sounds like its coming from directly under the console and it only occurs when at more than 1/4 throttle ... 3/4/5 gears are the worst i guess 1&2 spool up to fast... and i only notice it when driving conservatively ... when i push it at wot i dont hear it at all... thanks for any help!

i dont know if this might help... but i had an exhaust leak (small holes) coming from both pipes going to the cats on my exhaust system and that caused the a very loud and annoying rattle that was really only evident at lower rpms and 1/4 throttle..
i got it fixed and welded up just yesterday and WAH LAH!!! no more problems or rattles...
I had the same problem, but mine was just a loose muffler, esp. if its new, it might have just moved because it shakes so much already, so tighten up your mufflers and pipes to see if that stops it (before taking drastic measures).
