Ok so ive found a good set of rims and tires for $200 (pictured below)

All 4 for $200...
Right now ive got these on my car...


On a silver 95 Coupe which one would look better???

Well you could always get someone to chop it for you so you could see for sure. In general I like the top ones alot more but im not sure if it would look better on your car.

Definently the top ones. I didn't even think that the wheels off the new mustangs would fit the 1994-2004 generations. Different offset or something.

Correct, the offset is very different on the newer cars. They will sit very tucked on the newer cars, changing the pressure amount on various suspension components.

Wheel spacers will fix that.

I vote neither, a set of cobra R's would look wayy better.

Neither. Even with the spacers (which aren't the easy-fix that everyone thinks) they will still be tucked in. STOCK SN-95 mustang rims are too-tucked. So with the spacers, you will only bring them out to stock-width. Look around, I'm sure you can find a set of used OEM 17x8 Bullitts for $200.
