Hey there guys I know this is gana sound like a BS storry lol but OH how True it is LOL. Im just so excited right now. Let me get into the storry. There is a kid at my local track who drives his dads 06 GTO yes 06 thats a LS2. Anyways he finds me and keep hinting he wanted to run me and I was like shure LOL only if I get a 4 car lead LOL hes like nah it will be a good race but I know other wise well. Oh let me give you all my setup its easy Full Bolt On's BBK Lt's and O/R X-pipe (Not Custom Tuned for them yet) Gears 3.73's no cams. Anyways he is a Stock 06 GTO. We take it over to the Bayside Bridge to all over here in Tampa or Clearwater thats 49th st Bridge. Well I tell him we will go from like 50 up to 100. He has a friend in the car with him so I tell him go on 3 honks. I drop it to 2nd at around 4700 Rpms at 50 and He only drops to 3rd cause hes scared to break it. I give the 3 honks and he gets a small jump but by the time I get to 3rd im up 1 car and at end of 3rd im 1.5 maybe 2 WOW lol yes same thing I was thinkin, well I figured it was a hoaks maybe he messed up so we do it again. Same I drop to 2nd at 4700 at 50 Mph and honk 3 we go at same time and im up 1 car by 3rd we back off at like 90 and im up 1.5 cars. I dont know what the Speeds and Rpm on those GTO's are but I dont care LOL what he started at its his fault. I will take that KILL anyday lol.
Powers if I get some BS calls on this meet me at Quake and Steak Tomm night at like 7 if u can thats down 49th and he will be there with me. LOL but again WOW hehe Thats why I got my Mustang, and he also is getting a 03 GT and gana follow my setup hehe.

Oh sorry forgot to add its a 03 GT 5Spd Nitto 555 Dr's for tires not like they matterd much at that speed

Congrats on the win. Do you think it might have been different if downshifted into the right gear?

Honestly I dont know. I run mid 8.5's high 8.5s without my LT's and O/R So now with them I think im low 8.5's now. Anyways I dont know what there shift points are. Like I said I will take the Kill any day even if the driver dosnt know how to drive it right hehe

If the kid actually knew how to drive the car he would have kicked your bolt-on GT's ass. I got raped by stock LS2 GTO when I sprayed. No offense, but the kid definetely didn't drive the car to half its potential.

i beat one that had intake/tune/exhaust with my street tires on.

but yes seriously, he would have walks you up and down from a roll like that. from 50-100 i would guess 6 or more car lengths.

Well I'm not sure how a 50 roll would read on his tach if he started in second (assuming he's got a six speed manual) since the LS2 Goats have a steeper final gear ratio than a LS2 A6C6 ...But from 50 he should'nt have had any worries going from second...A 50 roll in a A6 C6 is a sweet speed to start out in second..but the Goats...IDK?

Well Like I said guys im not saying my car if supposed to be fast than his but at this time and race it was, just because somone dosnt run there car right dosnt me its not a Kill. I will be running him again tonight hopefuly Powers if ur reading this come check it out. to the guy with the 96 GT with 203 RWHP I would think since you have almost 70 less HP than me
