HAS ANYONE RESEALED THE SALEEN INTERCOOLER GAPS THE ONE THATS DROPED IN THE LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD I HEARD THERE LEAKING AIR DUE TO CARELESS DESIGHN IS I T TRUE HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THATS THE WEALD ISENT GOOD
I did just that to be able to achieve 18 psi on my expired S281E. The only time it becomes a factor is when you run a decent amount more boost. It's not a design flaw, Saleen did it on purpose so people wouldn't blow up as many motors switching blower pullies. If you are running less than 12 psi on your Saleen, you don't have to sweat it.
