I've made pulleys as small as 2.3, my indication of 2.75 - 2.95 was just for that specific pulley I pictured because I already removed the material from the inside.  I can make any pulley size (down to 2.1) you could want to fit my modular system.

We seem to be a fickle bunch as far as pulley sizes.  I remember when the 2.93/2.90 was the most popular (with stock lower).  Now that the durability of the motor has been proven as folks push the power envelope, the 2.76 is the most popular with the stock crank pulley.  The 2.93 with 4 lb. lower is popular now, especially with a ported blower.  And recently we've seen more 2.76/4lb. combos surfacing.  So IMO you will need to inventory the following sizes (bear in mind different manufacturers use slightly different dimenension like the 2.93/2.90).  3.20, 3.10, 2.93, 2.76 and the 2.65 is catching peoples' eyes, but I'm not a big fan because it opens the door to more of a chance of belt slip.  Idler setups (single, 3 and 4) with 100mm and 92mm sizes are popular.  If you do the idlers, too, customers can have idlers that match the pulley in style.  And as PWORLDSTANG said, a snub/auxiliary idler would be a good idea, too.  And maybe even alternator pullies for those who go the route of larger crank pullies.  The more diverse your lineup the better reception you'll get since there are vendors mentioned above that already have a full line of pullies/idlers.  I'll try South Florida Pulley into the mix, too.  Best of luck.

without changing the belt you might get away with a 3.1 if you're lucky.

I charge 90.00 for machined finish or 95.00 for polished.  I've actually got a website setup now, www.smoothflowpulleys.com which I have them for sale on.  It's still somewhat crude but it's a work in progress.

does that include the hub? not sure that your pulleys will bolt into either a motoblue or BF hub?

4pc billetflow idler set
jlt cold air intake
mafia maf extender
lfp supercooler
60# injectors
KB boost a pump
bf irs brace
steeda tri axe short shifter with adjustable mgw blue handle
mac off road pro-chamber
magnaflow cat back
nitto 555r's 315/35/17

i think thats it right now.   the car made 522whp/498wtq  in 70 degree weather.  best pass is 11.7 @121.14  i am hoping to get a better run in once the weather cools off.  i got to try and compete with doodad's 11.3. i guess i am going to have ot learn to power shift. lol.

My system includes a billet aluminum pulley, stainless steel hub, stainless hardware (7 scrwes, 5 of which are requried + 2 extra), and an allen wrench.

The pulleys for my system should also bolt up to the pulley boys modular system, but not for the motoblue or BilletFlow hubs. I can however make pulleys for these systems, but I would need to get ahold of a pulley to get dimensions from to produce them.

They've been used on the Eaton M45, M62, and M90 so I'm fairly certain that they'll work on the Eaton M112 as I've been told they all use the same shaft size.
