i was gonna post that too until i double checked the posts and saw it already up there.. oh well.
that glow in the dark stuff is cool...

i think it would be cool (if possible) to combine the aspects of glow with the concept of teh color changing paint. that way, at night, maybe only certain parts would glow more than others. like imagine looking at a mysticobra at night, and the 'green' section glowed but the 'brownish' didnt...itd look like a ghost or something...

im not 100%sure, but that looks like a 96 mystic cobra to me. that is about the same type paint as the 03 mystichrome. i think it is just a little darker.

I know a guy who does exotic paint jobs in Evergreen Colorado. To repaint my Mystic would cost me around $6100-$7000. Hope that helps in your decision, I love this paint job, but it is soooooooooooo expensive if anything ever happens to it. Best of Luck in finding what you like

and on that mystic paint i have heard that if something happens, you cant paint just part of it or touch it up, you have to repaint the whole car.

Well that is sorta true. If you have a factory painted mystic with damage they prefer to paint the whole car, but when you get it repainted they can paint it so that you would only have to get the panel that was damaged repainted next time. I don't know that you would be able to paint any car other than a mystic cobra w/mystic paint. Ford won't let anyone buy it, and you have to prove you have a mystic in order to get your car repainted. I have seen sneaky paint shops that have kept a few pints of the paint before, but it isn't very likely that you will find someone with enough of it to paint a car. There are many other paint companies that offer readily available paint that mimics mystic, Chromalusion etc.....

I think a Mystic of red, maroon, orange, and yellow would be awesome.

Wow, some of the colors on that site are awesome-- I'd love to paint my car with some of the different kinds of paint they've got, but I'm too chicken, and broke. lol.

These are awesome paint jobs. I like the Mystic, but I'm looking for something a little different that that. I was thinking something around the lines of what blue70 showed. Not one solid color. Don't get me wrong, the Mystic is an awesome looking color, but I wouldn't do that as an aftermarket thing...too costly for the results. I actually saw a similar paint job to the one above, except with a lime green color underneath the black...it looked great. So anyways, that's more of what I'm looking for, thanks for everyone's help!

I'm going black and mineral. My hood scoop and spoiler are black, and the bra and vert top are black, the car is mineral, I'm getting black tint and black wheels when I get the cash for it. It's kinda like putting the racing stripe down the middle but not as common. If you look at the car you get the black chin spoiler, grey bumper, black bra, grey hood, black scoop, black vert top, grey rear, black spoiler, grey rear bumper with black inserts, with black wheels. It fits my style and I like the look.
