Battle for the onramp...
So I was leaving the track and this sick sounding Fox body rolls up next to me, we are stuck behind a couple of cars at the light. We both turned left onto a 3 lane curvy on ramp. The car in front of me had went straight and my lane was clear, he was stuck behind a minivan of some type. since the three lanes merge into one I see him gun it and go into the left lane, so I jump into the right lane and we both gun it. I totally forgot about a slight dip in the onramp and the rear tires kick free and Traction control keeps my grounded but I had to throttle back. Once TC was done I floored it and he floored it, I was ahead one car length but didn't gain any distance to about 115 where he backed off and I merged left. This all happened in what seemed no more then 10-15 seconds. After that we both dropped to about 75 and just cruised. I imagine if I hadn't lost traction I could have gotten further ahead but it was a damn quick fox to keep up...
