They are different kits, not sure its about which one is better.   Both are high quality.  I have the Powerhouse kit on my car.  Jenna, the person who designed and owns the twister kit said her kit maxes out at 17psi.    So if you plan to go built motor and 25lbs of boost, you will want the PH kit.  But for the other 99% of the population, the twister kit is just fine, and will give you a mid 11 second car if you have the supporting mods.

i'd say the same as rygen.  The PH is more for the dedicated track enthusiast, while the twister is similar performance in the conditions that MOST people will use it.  If you are looking for best possible track performance, powerhouse is the way to go, but if cash is tight and you are looking for the street performance, the forced 4 kit would be the way to go.

Both kits are 100% streetable, and both yeild excellent ET's.   I mean, most people stop at 11.50 anyway cause they do not want to deal with a cage.   Both can get you there.

a stock EVO only runs like 270 HP at the flywheel, so it wont take much to beat it. But if its modded, who knows...

lighter, awd, more horses, more torque.  a stock evo with a good driver, will outrun a v6 stang with all the boltons.

most of us go with the x-cal 2, but really find out what the closest (GOOD/REPUTABLE) shop to you uses most and go with that.
