Yes it is funny! No he is not a retard, or stupid! You can clearly see he is wearing water wings, and as he ran to the pool he probably closed his eyes and held his breath, then jumped to where he thought the pool was. I think again it IS funny, But to post mean comments is wrong and f-cked up. Were any of you here 5 years old?
