I just bought some stuff to lower my car (shocks and struts)... Just waiting for a good deal on some lowering springs. And found a friend that is a mechanic and is going to do the install. So lowering my ride is coming soon! I can wait! After I get that done I am going to get some GT scoops. Both the sides and the hood scoop. I was thinking about getting some black GT side and hood scoops and also have my spoiler painted black. Or I can keep it stanard with going with my car color (Laser Red). One thing I know for sure Is that I want the scoops. But need some help... So who else to ask then some MF members? What you guys think? Black or Laser Red?
black on the hood and spoiler will be ok but do NOT get black side scoops. i was thinking about that and did a chop a long time ago. i also saw a mach 1 w/ black side scoops and it looks like absolute sh*t. it doesnt flow well at all. they stick out and look crappy.
Stick to the red. Black hood scoop only looks good when you paint the rest of your hood to match. I have the black side scoops, They can look good but I think it only works on white.
i know its a different red but its the first pic of a red mustang w/ the gt/cobra scoops on it. its somebody on mfs car but i found the pic on google...i blacked the hood side and spoiler out.
oh and another thing..i realized you ahve a 99/00. i dont care for those spoiler blacked out either. just my opinion. i only like the 01-04 ones blacked out. like in the chop..
