Go to any auto parts store and there are brake caliper painting kits. You will need to most likely get a few cans of brake cleaner, I recommend the O'Rielly's brand over all of the others. I have a kit I got at walmart for touching up my bullitt calipers and it cost me a whole $13.

You will get the best results if you remove the calipers completely but it's not necessary, just do all your prep work and they'll come out great. They just need to be as clean as possible.
