Mac longtubes or bbk throttle body?

If you get long tubes, and you already have duals, you'll need a modified mid pipe, the throttle body is useless. Personally, if I were you, I'd get a tuner, then get some gears if you havn't already done so, don't waste your money on expensive mods that yield very little gains.

Get a tuner, and then a set of gears and a T-Lok, or Eaton, Auburn, or Detroit differential.

with a tuner do you have to like get it re-tuned everytime you add something? and whats the best one to get? and 4.10 gears for an auto? whats the best differential?

No, but you can modify a tune. The only thing you'll need to modify is when you do major mods such as S/C, N2O, etc, and that will be the spark advance, the only other thing needed to be modified is the gear settings when you swap out your gears.
