How much for leather steering wheel with airbag

Well, i heard air bags go for alot of money. And i was planning on getting a racing seat with a 5 or 6 point harnest because i can get them pretty cheap. If this is true then i would just swap out my steering wheel with a racing one without one. I was just wondering how much you could sell a leather steering wheel with an airbag in it for?

The airbag can be sold for ~$500-$600, it would just be hard to find a buyer. The steering wheel would be like $20

Wouldn't you have to contact your insurance agency and have your insurance possibly go up because of the lack of bags? I dunno if you do, i was just told that when I was looking into one.
