I am unsure about a parts store however I work at discount tire and I believe it's $1.25 per lug and im not sure howmuch for the key however that will fit and you won't need to worry about the socket scratching inside the lug holes.

well i went to advance auto today and they had the spline drive and like the regular kind...is the only advantage to the spline kind that they wont scratch the inside of the lug holes?

yeah and you also won't have to worry about finding a socket to fit in there as well because the key takes care of that.
