My 00 GT has grey spoke with a polished lip bullit wheels, my question is are factory wheels more valuable the a lot of the replicas out there today? I'd love to get my hands on some black with a polished lip FR500's and am just curious if since my wheels are real and not replicas people might be more interested in trading for them even though they are only the 17x8's.
Anyone have any experience between the real wheels and replicas? Any quality differences?
i can't notice any difference in quality and as for a value i don't think the stock wheels are more valuable but maybe im misunderstanding the question.

In many cases the replicas are heavier. Cheap, Light, and Low Volume (relative to factory) dont go together. For this reason lots of AutoX guys prefer the factory wheels. In my opinion the factory (or FRPP) wheels are worth a bit more (than replica Bullets) but not a lot.
I seriously doubt you will be able to trade straight up for FR500 replicas.
Factory wheels are worth more than most replicas, and if you ever sell your car the new owner will probably pay more if you have the original factory wheels. That being said, they aren't always the most attractive, so someone probably would not want yours....for the same reason you are trying to get rid of them.

Thanks in advance.
Well to be honest, no. Your stockers from your GT are less valuable than the "same" wheel from a company like oe, for example. The wheels from a 93 cobra are apparently worth thousands. I'd pay good money for REAL cobra R's from a 2000 Cobra R. That being said...
Your wheels can be had all too easily from ebay, and from people trading them out for something better, and more specifically, and I know this motivated my upgrade, WIDER. Your stockers tend to be pretty thin, while the replicas tend to have a functional advantage over the originals in that most times, they are much wider and put more grip to the pavement. Just my two cents on that.
The only time they'd be more valuable for being real is if they're RARE.
