Takin' the VIXN on a little road trip to Disneyland in Sept. Thought it would be cool to stop by and say meow to some of my pepes in the L.A. area on the 16th. I will be heading South on I-5 into Anaheim. I will try to make it to Saleen Headquarters, but time contraints may prevent it.
If you will be in the area of my route, PM me and will see if you will be lucky enough to meet the one and only Jazzer The Cat!

I can always make an excuse to drive by the Saleen Store. You mentioned Sunday, Sept. 16. It may be worthwhile to hit the Cars and Coffee (basically, across the street from the Saleen Store) the day before. It's an amazing exotic car meet that's held every Saturday morning (7-9am):

So I will be in town on Saturday Sept. 15th. I will try to make the show if I am in town early enough. Plan on tourist type stuff Saturday and doing the Disneyland 3 day pass thing starting Sunday

Wow, hopefully that is the day of our annual car show.....soon to be announced! I am working on it. Volunteering to do thing's I don't normally do just to make sure we are all pleased. Jazzer, let me know either way while you are here and I will personally make sure you have a tour if you want one. Even if I take you myself!
In fact.... I was working on a scheme where I was going to post 'ditto' after every one of Saleen3v's posts just to see how fast I could get my post count like his!!
As you can see, I couldn't live with myself and went back to my life and small post count....

Haha Chuckdoc...you will never catch me! Well the reason I have been on so much lately is because I moved to North Carolina for a job this summer, leaving all my friends and family behind ....After I get home from work, I dont have much to do just wash the car, work out, eat, sleep, so MustangForums helps to pass the time easier before I head off to college.
I work at The Saleen Store. I am the Aftermarket Parts Manager and the Assistant Store Manager. I am also the current store contact for Corporate Vehicle Sales. And I am always available to customers.

Thanks lvr. I made all reservations for motel and 3 day combo pass to both parks!
I have revised my plans a little so I will be leaving Fri. 14th (insert Psycho knife scene here.....weet weet weet!) Not sure if I will make it all the way into L.A., but will be in town Sat. morning either way. I left the whole day open, so Saleen tour sounds great, thanks

Update for trip to the land of lost angels as per the overwhelming request here on MF's
I will be heading out on Friday afternoon 9/14 and will drive 'til I can'ts drive no more and crash out (bad choice of words, huh?) SLEEP somewhere outside of L.A. I plan to be at Irvine Saleen store on 9/15 by 7:00 AM and take Spring up on his offer of a tour . All of Saturday is open as Disneyland 3 day pass starts on Sunday 16th. Seems to me the Cars and Coffee shop is across the street???? and I would love to meet all who can make it so PM me if you want to exchange contact info and look forward to meeting some of you pepes* I actually purchased a digital camera today and will be able to stop making excuses for no pics in future

P.S. Unrealated side note, met our resident youngin' today and was a great guy. He will post some pics this eve. if possible. I will post them tomorrow because I do not have the adapter to download them yet.
*This "open call" does not apply to the following persons....... mills.
My schedule is open Sat the 15th. You already have my info. Just coordinate via me, robert, marcus, or whoever and we'll be sure to turn up. Cars and Coffee Saturday morning is always a great start. Then can do breakfast followed by Saleen store or whatever.
Typically we meet at the Saleen store to drive into Cars and Coffee together (right around the corner).
