this sucks... for the GT bumper painted and with the decals i want it will be just under $700... and now instead of Borla im going with Flowmaster 40's true dual//no midpipe... not sure if i should get the bumper now..

First thing I would do is look around this site and on the Corral to find a cheap GT bumper. You can also look around places at your house. You can go new if you want, but unless the bumper you buy is damaged, what's the point? How much are you buying the bumper for??
I am getting one put on by a local shop because i was rearended, and with paint and labor and all that it is $450. I would try bumpers.com, or another shop if they are gonna charge you that much.
