i'm running 245/45r17 all around. my fronts rub a little when the wheel is turned all the way and sometimes if there's a nice dip in the road, but it's not bad. 275s might fit in the back, but i'm not sure. you will probably have to remove the quad shocks at least.

some say that in order to remove the quad shocks you need better lower control arms. the quad shocks help to eliminate wheel hop, and with better control arms, they're not needed. i ran mine with the stock control arms for over a year and had no problems. i'd say go for it. if you experience any wheel hop (when launching hard or doing burnouts) then you'll have to get some new control arms. they're not too expensive. also, depending on the backspacing, you may have to roll the fenders. again, i'm not too sure though. hope this helps. any more ?s feel free to ask, i'll try and help
