Ok, not very many people make pullies specificly for Saleens, but there are a couple. I would go through Chicane motorsports in Torrance Ca. for a pulley. I believe they have several in stock right now, as I just talked with the head of Chicane a week ago. There are other mods that will benefit your hp on a blower setup, but nothing is necessary. Yeah, you could do a 75mm TB, but your gains will be minimal. A larger MAS would net you some more hp, but again it's not necessary. With your stock internals limiting your 'max hp', I wouldn't do other mods beside the pulley. Yes, that intercooler will leak, but only if you run big-ish boost. At 10-11 psi it shouldn't affect anything. At larger psi it will. After about 12-13 psi the manifold leaking will hurt you. Don't worry about it. Stock, your car should see around 8 psi if you are at sea level.
