no trouble at all. at 12 psi I'm missing about 1/4" contact patch around the edges, no biggie the tires look hella sweet with the bulge. The rims came from a boneyard, their the 3 spoke design with the 3 notches in each spoke, 15x7, probably from a 95 model I think. I wasnt the first to run 10" slicks on the V6 rims, they fit ok considering

Thanks for the info MD, great vid by the way. I want to get some cheap rims for some slicks as well and was thinking of going this route. Do you think they would fit better on a different year V6 model or were all the 15 inch rims 15x7s?

Oh, i also forgot to ask if you went the tubeless route, or did you install them with tubes and screws in the rims?

all the 15"'s were 7" wide, its no biggie they fit fine and look hella great on the car. The v6 rims are also aluminum and are light which is a good thing of course. All that matters is they hook :D

the struts are strange adjustables, cost me $240 total shipped to my door from Jeg's. their awsome. I've got 4cyl fox springs up front and no swaybar, so that really did it for weight transfer - just alittle too much. You really want as little weight transfer as possible and not spin the tires. I was just too exited to realize that :D it was too fun :D

Im gonna play with the the rear tire pressure and strut settings until I can get out of the hole without bogging, then I'll post my slip.

Thanks, I'm looking at prices now. I had heard that going tubeless was the way to go, so I was just asking.
