I have been looking at 1st gen camaros and mustangs recently. I like the look of the camaro alot more than the fastback mustang, but the mustang community blows away the camaro. What made you pick?
I never had a choice, I was born into a Mustang family. When I was a kid I was told that I would be disowned if I ever drove a car that wasn't Mustang.
If it wasn't for the Mustang Chevy would have never built the Camaro BTW.
Well, for me, I wasn't forced into it. BTW I don't have one yet, but it will be a mustang, I mentally chose it because nothing says America like a ford Mustang, it was made in a freaking hotel room for gosh sakes and sold 600000 in its first 18 months.

Each to their own I say, but for me the 65/66 fastback shape is sex on wheels. one of the best looking cars ever made, anywhere, any era. so there
