Went to the opening day at Englishtown NJ today...i had a hard time hooking up in second gear, so my time a little high
kinda disapointed but here are the numbers

r/t        0.153
60'       2.380
330      6.533
1/8      9.911
mph     73.27
1000   12.768
1/4      15.174
mph     93.30

Good job getting out there!  Don't worry about your reaction time - the timer won't start 'til you move the car (bracket racing is a different story though).  You've got a good margin for improvement in your 60' time.  The best rule of thumb I've seen is that a reduction of 0.15 seconds in your 60" will result in a 0.25 second improvement in your overall ET (that's just a general guide).  Gears/LSD/DR's will GREATLY help lower your times, especially since you commented about traction issues.

Again, nice job getting out there!

Only if your tune is set up to take advantage of the higher octane.  It would just be a waste of money otherwise.

I went to Cecil County last weekend and netted a 14.432 @ 97.06mph (a new personal best and moved me up 2 positions on page 1).  That ET was with a cruddy 60' time of 2.087, which is 0.155 slower than my normal 1.93's.  It was cold, so traction was a problem.

Tomorrow I'm headed for MIR, where I plan to heat my meats alot better with the new line locks.   Wish me luck!

New sig shows that the line locks work.   Results are in sig too - new personal best.

Thanks Todd!  I posted my slip in the Street/Strip Section.  And thanks for the expert photography.  That pic made for a great new sig!

I just went to the track tonight all stock except the tuner set at 93 performance. Below are my numbers I think they are decent. The track conditions were next to perfect and the temp was around 55 which I'm sure the car loved.

r/t     .265
60'     2.060
330    6.081
1/8     9.452
MPH    63.03
1000   12.352
1/4     14.823
MPH    91.03

P.S. I drive a 2007 Auto convertiable mustang
