Default turn signal harness

ok, well when i bought my car i didnt have the factory steering wheel, i had a smaller steering wheel without a horn, well the horn button wire and ground wire were cut and relocated to something else. check the pics, what is that circvle yellow thing it is connected too?




here is where its cut





and heres how my dash is going, all i got left is to just hook everything up

That looks to be an aftermarket horn button.

well it didnt work when i bought the car, do you think i could just reconnect the old wires with a splice?

also, does anyone know how to remove the wiper switch and light switch?
