Default Clay Bar Thank you...

So I finally did it - I clayed the Mustang and let me tell you - a huge difference!!!!

Look at this reflection, not to mention smooth paint! I knew my cars paint was dirty from sitting on the lot of a year!!!

I did the claybar fri night and without the stripes was taken yesterday - with the stripes was taken today! we had our stripes installed yesterday...

Pleasetellme how you didit... what were the steps and which clay bar product did you use? I used Mothers clay bar once and to tell the truth I didn't get a good result. It probably would have worked if my car was dirty or hazy to begin with with absolutley no wax on at all on it.

BTW nice car. Are the stripes decals or painted?

After you wash your car feel your paint to see if its smooth or abrasive to determine if you need to clay it. Its pretty much straight forward, keep it lubed and work in manageable sections being sure to dry it with a good microfiber cloth or similar before moving on.
