When i 1st got my stang i though it had a GREAT rumble and sounded pretty loud for stock.....it wears off quick and you'll find yourself saying I cant hear sh*t time for some SLP LM'S.
Amen to that brother!!!!
+2. i can't hear the god damn thing. its so quiet. last night at a car show (there are people around with louder cars, some idling/revving in the distance occaisionaly) me and my friend were in the car, i had it running, and we're ready to leave, some ricer revs up a bit away from us and my friend is like "start the car and show him whats up!" the car was already running
time for some loudmouths
LOL When I went to the track and I was waiting in line there were so MANY sick sounding cars. There was a dude with some Mac A/b's and we parked next to each other and started to talk about stangs and he was like let me show you the Mac's and they were DEEEP and loud and then I go let me show you mine and I started the SLP's and he was like you should get some MAcs but then I revved it and said OH shoit thats louder. I wish the SLP Idle was louder and thats why IM still leaning toward the or/h...I know the horror stories but I gotta try for myself.

They look like the stock mufflers. But as you can see from the picture they were not installed properly. The muffler is not installed level which would lead me to assume that they could be after-market.

ok well for the most part everyone seems to think they're aftermarket, lets say their a knock off of 40's series flows, how much louder is a mac a/b compared to a 40 flow a/b, im also leaning a little towards loudmouths but im likin the old school sound of the macs.
