Not really a post, but this happened today, and well, i, i am sure most of you will to, thought this was hilarious. Ive always had a stang, turned 16, had a hunter green V6, 6 months later, i got a Burgundy V6 Convert, now one of my REALLY good friends had an explorer but its breaking down BAD, so he calls me this morning and says dude, ive gotta show you this car i wanna buy, so im like yea whatever meet me at my house in like 20 minutes, he gets here and we left, he said he liked mustangs and he wanted one so i told him some styles, showed him the differences from the 94-98 and the 99-04, just little stuff to see what he wanted. He told me he found an Oxford White 98 Cobra SVT with 88k miles for 10k, so i was like, show me that s**t. So we go look at it and hes all like ima get the guy to let me test drive it and see if i want it, so we get there and the guy isnt home..so hes all mad and hes like god da***t, o well we will come back tomorrow. So i was like ok w/e. Then...as were driving away from a BADA$$ COBRA SVT, he says ima show you this other car its a 1999 Honda Civic..its got a VTEC!!!! HAHAHA What a way to completely SWITCH DECISIONS. it aint even a 1.6L, i was like..wow, what a name drop..you got what a 1.6L? And he goes..no i think its 1.2L, if that exists in that car, either way, its DINKY. He thinks his car stock and my car stock will run about the same in a 1/8 mile. Since we leave near a drag strip, were goin if he buys it, and ima show him some serious power. Not calling my car a BEAST again to offend anyone. But, well, think about it, 2000 V6 mustang, pretty light, aerodynamic, a lil bit of torque...VS. a 1999 1.2L VTEC Civic...Come on NOWWWWW!

I'm not bagging on your car. You're just making it sound like you have some 10 second monster that rules the road, when you're happy about beating a 1.2L economy car. Set your goals a bit higher...

Xemeth, your so damn lame, didnt you read the part where i said i DONT wanna call my car a BEAST , i know its not a 10 second monster, i never said it was, i know it will dominate that civic, and that made me giggle, which is why i posted this thread, the only goal i have at this point for my car..is getting that exhaust put on, then finding something else, as for my S&G goal, id really like to meet me in person and punch you dead square right in your big a$$ fu***n mouth. I never bragged about beating the civic, i simply said..he thought it was so great..and im gonna dominate it, stock mustang or not, and i should aim my goals a bit higher, but i still have a car in my household that i can drive that will whomp all up and down your SO MODIFIED MUSTANG. Theres so many nicer cars on here then yours, and there actually civilized people, did you like, install 2 things and now think your like the biggest harda$$? Your car looks stock, BASICLY performs stock, what goals do you have to brag about?
