Seems like a decent deal. Looks like it might be pullied so it has been Modded, and if I were you I would look for something stock. When the modding begins usually the car is drove hard quite often and put away wet. But then again there is always that Diamond in the rough. Good luck with the Termi.
yea how about that throttle body? is that stock? and it def has a CAI and how about the heat exchanger that looks too large tooo be stock? im sorry for asking so many questions i just dont kno 4.6 motors, i have a 5.0.

I bought the same model car (in Baton Rouge La) with 55k on it no mods for $19,000. The dealership was asking 22,500 for the car. I offered $19,000 cash and they took it.

Yes, it has a upper and lower pulley, cold air intake, throttle body,(not sure of brands) also +1 on a aftermarket heat exchanger . I would offer the seller any were from $19,500 to $21,500 . The Cobra also looks like it has a little road rash on the front bumber. Mine had a little rash also and it cost me a little over $600 to repaint.

looks good to me, seems like it is priced about right also. it is tought ot tell how modded it is forsure, as it doesn;t say anything about the exhaust or whether it has cats etc.. it is definitly pullied with billetflow upper and idlers which is the way to go. they go for about 400 bux or so for the set, upper ans idlers, the lfp supercooler 200 bux, the lfp radiator overflow 170ish, and a jlt ram air intake. i say go for it, just talk to the ower a bit first and get a feel for what kind of tuning he/she has done etc..

it also has an intercooler resevior, and possibly a larger radiator (it has the expansion tank).. btw, thats a 2.93 pulley (Enlarging is awesome!).... looks like a heat exchanger to me... even looks like he has the even flow head cooling mod.
19-20k is VERY low for a terminator, even still... that price is reasonable... Could come down 1-2k due to miles, but doesn't to be a bad deal... ask about the head cooling mod.. see what he says - thats a VERY important part to the car.
Also ask him about any suspension he does or doesn't have. Can't see if he has the IRS brace or not. Also, about the clutch - there is a TSB on the TOB for the clutches... Read those FAQ's.

The head cooling mod, is this... The #7 and 8 cylinder has no way for the coolant to escape so it just sits there and boils. The head cooling mod, allows the hot coolant an avenue to escape. It's not on the FAQ site but, its a very popular mod for the Cobra. The cars kryptonite is heat, it builds a lot of heat - so you have to make sure you have good cooling mods...

Looks like a decent deal to me... you might try to see if you can get it 1k-2k lower like kazp said. Just because its been modded a lil, doesnt mean its been ragged too bad. If the mods have been done with good taste and has a good tune with it, it is just money saved if you wanted to mod your cobra some. Some like to start from scratch and mod it all themselves, but this would get you a good head start from what I can see in the pictures. Depending on the tune, I'm gonna say 430-460 rwhp on it.

maybe 1-2psi more... not worth the retune/pulley. I'd just get the blower ported and a 4# lower... and you will actually have the best combo for the ported eaton...
