So is this mystery second vehicle blacked out in stealth mode?
The cop didn't act that badly...the driver wanted to sit there and argue. The place to argue is NOT on the side of the highway.
+1 that is what court is for.

To me it's pretty clear this cop is just an ass. Looking at the vid, you can pretty much clearly see SOMETHING flying in front of the car.
1) I'm a cop and got a knot in my stomach when I saw this topic.. However, I think the cop did just fine.. He was firm yet polite.. I heard 'sir' used several times and offered the guy a chance to own up to what happened.. I truly feel the officer 'thought' he observed this guy speeding at a high rate of speed.. I've watched the video 5 times now and don't see anything but what look to be headlights going at the target vehicle.. I'm still not sure what happened in the video but I think by the officers tone of voice he 'truly' feels he observed the car speeding.. Although, its night time, raining and maybe the cop was looking straight and cought the incident out of the corner of his eye.. But he truly feels he observed something and felt strongly about what he saw..
2) Humans are known for mistakes.. This holds true for cops.. A couple of weeks ago I'm sitting at a red light facing southbound.. As I'm sitting there I observe a car, out of the corner of my eye,go right threw the red light going eastbound.. I fly through my red light and get behind the car and activate my lights.. My partner speaks up and says "ummmmmm, he had the green light." I look back and see the green glow.. I quickly fly around the car as to make it look like I was going somewhere else and fly down a side street.. I 'truly' thought I saw something and I 'truly' think I made a mistake.. I'm human.. THATS WHAT COURT IS FOR!
3) I think by the cops tone of voice he TRULY thought he saw a violation of the law.. I think by the tone of the drivers voice he TRULY wasn't speeding.. Its just one of those situations..
