Im trying to buy some 19 inch rims for my 2007 Mustang GT and everytime I go to a website that sells rims and tires, their trying to smell me staggered packages of 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. It seem as if they do this to make more money, becuase the staggered option is more expensive. Is it a must that I get the staggered package? Can I get all four of my wheels the same size? It seems as if I can save alot more money not going staggered and be able to rotate my tires better. Would 19x9.5 fit on the front?
No, you don't have to use a staggered setup. It is purely personal preference.
A 19 x 9.5 could fit on the front.
For all practical purposes it may fit but depending on tire width and ride height, he may be rubbing when turning lock to lock , cornering hard, hitting bumps. Also, offset will play into it.

Appearance stuff is an extremely personal and very fuzzy area to discuss. So I'll pose two questions for you to think about instead. Answer them to yourself, for yourself. Not for what you think I (or anybody else) might prefer.
its the way the tire and the fender look that is my concern, I want the fenders to be right obove the tire, but I am worried that if I hit a bump that the tires will come in contact with the fender causing damage to the fender.. I think that 9s up front and 10.5 out back is the way I want to go, but this is not confermed.. I have been thinking about going with a thicker side wall on the rear, to give it a classic muscle look.. but I have not seen anyone do it...

8.5's on the back will be way too small and look like there swallowed up by the wheel well go with the staggered, looks a heck of a lot better and gives your more tire in the back
