k, thx for you help, i went along with the 18s and some low profiles. looks great and is still a smooth ride, now my next project is getting new brakes or pads (not sure what its called, im still new) for a much cleaner look in between the rims, and i appreciated your posts
Did anybody notice he has already made up his mind?? I also went with the 18" mine are TSW, one big factor in my decision was...they had to be different. I don't have anything against Cobra, bullit, and other common wheels, but I don't want my car to look like everybody elses on the road. I also did the Eibach suspension while it was in the shop, along with new rear calipers. What kind of wheels did you get SuperDude?? I will be posting pics of my car soon.
what about handling in inclement weather (aka snow and rain). did the wider tire make the sliding a lot worse? or do you not drive in those conditions..
You don't wanna know, pal!!! Rain is NO problem. Snow is an entirely different story. Here is my saga
hmm.. not too good, eh? is the sidewall height a major factor in that case? meaning, if i wanted to get 17inch rims, but fairly wider than stock (9-10inch i guess) out back would i have the same problems??
