I want to change out my 07 SC's pully to get more boost. Does anyone know how much boost/HP i can safely add without any issues? IstheHP enough to validate voiding the warranty.

I'd say wait until the warranty is up before you mod the pulley. You can only go so far without forging the bottom end....and by that point you might as well do a couple things all at the same time.
I agree. Without forged internals, you're better off leaving it like it is. Which is not bad in the first place! You can mess with the tune, etc.. but a pully swap will take you into 500+ territory, and I don't think you can get there (for long) without forged internals.

Seems like plenty have popped at 10psi and up. Of course there are some that are running that high and are OK, BUT on my vehicle I wouldn't go past 9psi on the stock bottom.
I'm planning on running 10 psi and about 486 rwhp on my stock motor. Is that pushing it too much? I was told that 486 rwhp will be fine for a while but ANY more than that the engine cant take. But from reading this topic, it looks like I can't run @ 10 psi or go past 450 rwhp?
JDM can probably put you at 12 psi and around 460-480RWHP on the stock block that should be mostley safe. I wouldnt recommend going that high with any other tune other than JDMs though.

Well I'm having a custom tune made. The shop that I get my work done at is probably one of the best places in central Ohio for mustang performance... I just want to make sure 10 psi and 486 rwhp won't blow my engine
