Have you noticed a difference between the 30# and stock intercooler over 35# and a TC intercooler?

well, i havent gotten the tc intercooler in yet cause the svo intercooler bolts in front and back and the tc just bolts in the front and i dont have the thicker ic tubes.  but i have noticed a good difference with the injectors.  i disconnected the boost controller and bypassed the whole boost circuit so i can pretty much run as much boost as my foot allows and when i was getting up over like 12 i would start to lean out.  partially because of the la3 swap with the 30#ers but also cause it wanted more fuel.  i also unplugged the knock sensor so now i have a sweet run all the way up to 5500 at like 16 lbs of boost.  she goes nice now!  oh, and someone also put on the E6 ex manifold and large VAM.

The bigger intercooler looks better and probably helps a bit, but it still sits on top of the biggest heat producing item under the hood.  Good compact design, but it gets heat soaked and doesn't cool a whole lot.

The stock fuel pump is supposed to be good up to ~300 horsepower.  I'm running 20psi with the stock fuel pump, so he should be fine at 16psi.
