Well my birthday is coming up this Sunday, and the report card is also on its way which should be all A's and maybe one high B...so the parents will eat that **** up. Anywho, my parents were usually opposed to the idea of dual exhaust. But parents are suckers for good grades, and I was talking to my mom about it (she's usually the one saying no the quickest). She said she'll help me out, less than $150, but that's fine with me. I'll probably get it done at Evolution Performance, I'm going to post a thread in their forum on here about it. There's a $50 off coupon on their website too, so I'm definitely getting Flow 40's. If they will, I'm going to have the cats removed and a custom H or X pipe fabbed, but which would give me the best sound?

Then I'm going to this place right down the street from Evolution Performance called KC Sign, where my friend got his stripes put on his '06 for a pretty good price (I think $200), including a lifetime warranty. But I'm not getting stripes, instead I'll be getting the rear decklid vinyl put on by them. I'm not buying from the one off Ebay, I'll just have them do it with their vinyl. Seeing as though they gave my friend stripes for $200, I bet they'd do mine for around $30-$50 saving me the hassle of doing it myself and probably doing it wrong.

I also ordered the bumper inserts off Ebay for $6 shipped, which if KC Sign will do it for like $10 I'll have them do it. If not I'm gonna give my try at it.

This isn't a definite, but if I get a good amount of money from family I'm going to upgrade the sound in my car a little, only the front speakers and the head unit. I just need to figure out what speakers and head unit, plus I'm going to see if my friend can get the guy with "connections" to give me a good deal.

I guess nobody cares? But I went to Evolution today, and holy ****. There were eight GT-500's there, black with red stripe, black with silver stripes (the 9 second one) and so many more. Then there were a few Cobra's, and a couple 05+ GTs. I felt like a bitch. Anyways, Evolution Performance doesn't do exhaust there, they just buy the parts. So they sent me across the street to Mighty Muffler..but the guy quoted me at $850, I almost told him he's insane. He said he would remove the cats though, and that place isn't shady at all. It's just too expensive, so I'm going to look ask more shops, and if none come down to like $400 or less then no deal, my friend's friend used to work at Mighty Muffler, and he said if I get him the lift and the parts he'll put it on really cheap.

As for the decklid vinyl, KC Sign's quoted me at $295, and I told them they were insane and said I'd do it myself for $30.

...really does anybody care?

At worked I called a bunch of shops in the book, but there's another book for the other side of town that I didn't get to. There's a lot of shops in there I'm sure of it. But the lowest I got quoted at was $375 with parts (Flow 40's--the guy has a sixer as well) and labor. I'll see how low I can find, but this guy seems good for now. He's at a Meineki, but whatever gets the job done. Is this a good price to you guys?

Lol, yeah I should. I could just take the easiest classes too, for senior year I have Metals III (which I never realized until now that I might be able to fab some stuff for an M90 ) and Wood II. My parents don't care what classes, but if they see an A they are happy. So $375 seems good? I'm going there tomorrow, and I might be able to get some Flow 40's for $50, so that would probably save me at least $100 with the guy wouldn't it?
