im planning on tinting my headlights and tail lights...........which do u guys prefer the tink covers like the ones here http://www.americanmuscle.com/9904-smoked-headlight-covers.html ......or the tint vinyl decals like these http://autobadges.com/vinyldecals/ ......thanks

i want to get those headlight covers, but how much less light gets through when they are on?

sorry i ment to post this in the other v6 forum..........so if i get the covers there will be alot less light get through.......i want to get the black out so im guessing if i still wanna drive at night i should get vinyl

Any tint will affect light intensity. You should at least get Silverstars if you are planning to tint.

The light covers take ALOT of the light,,, I drive with my high beams on all the time at night and you can't tell that they are high beams...... I would go with the covers. looks better

The covers look like crap! get the vinyl it looks 100000000000000% times better!

For one, i understand asking others for their opinion when it comes to looks, but when it boils down to it: It's your car. Do you what YOU want. 

And covers reduce nightvision more than tints do. I have tints, and my nightvision still sucks, but its better than covers.

Silverstars and Luminix headlight bulbs don't do very much to improve it either.

HIDs, honestly. It's better than driving into a fallen tree because you're overdriving your nightvision at 20mph.

Or, if you have the patience, take off the covers at night.

I don't have that kind of patience, so i bought tints and HIDs.
