ive been looking up some info on the stroker kits lately and that seems to be my best bet to gain some hp without using nitrous or other poweradders (yet). ive seen the dss racing kit but havent really seen any other choices. any recommendations and how much/ what else should be done before the stroker is purchased. the car has about 136k miles on it and its a 92 lx 5.0. i will be adding h/c/i but havent decided which ones yet might go trick flow or something else

Eagle is my fav. There's a company called ad performance who sells rotating assemblies cheap. I actually went through them for mine. They balanced it and I got my flywheel and balancer thru them. They balance cheap too, I think I paid $150 to have the assembly balanced.

^^^ i see where your coming from with the old oiling issue and well less meat but i have friends with 347 383's with over 50k and yet to have a problem due to the displacement. But i cant say much i have a 306 for the same reason adder just said and mines a 4 bolt aftermarket block.
